Boil
6.0lbs Munton’s Light DME (full boil)
3.3lbs Briess Golden Light LME (for last 15 minutes)
1tsp Irish moss (add after LME addition comes to a boil)
Hop Additions:
Continually hop from…
0-25min with 0.8oz Warrior + 0.7oz Fuggles
25-35min with 0.4oz Simcoe
35-60min with 0.5oz Phoenix + 0.6oz Fuggles
60-62min with 0.8oz Phoenix
Dry Hop:
0.7oz Amarillo
0.6oz Simcoe
0.5oz Phoenix
0.4oz Warrior
Yeast: White Labs WLP005: British Ale Yeast
OG: 1.058
FG: 1.021
