LoveBite Weizenbier

Another quick and dirty recipe from Papazian of the same name. Bavarian style wheat beer whose yeast accidentally made it into what was supposed to be our dry English pale ale (wedding planner). Made a 0.5gal yeast starter for this batch.

Boil:
3.3lbs Pilsen Lighet Briess LME
3.3lbs Briess Wheat LME
0.75oz Hallertauer hop pellets

OG: 1.046
FG: 1.006
ABV = 5.3%
